Kylie is a board-certified holistic health coach with a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral coaching techniques. She also holds board certification in integrative nutrition, a certification she pursued after receiving a diagnosis of Celiac disease. Kylie’s personal health journey inspired her to turn her passion into a mission to help others. Her goal is to assist frustrated individuals struggling with their health in finding joy and relief by guiding them to establish nourishing practices that create a space for healing and growth within their bodies.
Kylie is married and has two sons. She coaches a boys’ basketball team for Lebanon and finds great joy in baking and traveling. Kylie has dedicated her time to assisting newly diagnosed autoimmune families and has organized numerous community gluten-free events. Prior to pursuing her current path, she worked in finance for several years, and she has also earned FINRA and Life and Health Licensing.
