How Does the Ketogenic Lifestyle Program work?
Ketogenic Lifestyle is a ketogenic based diet, meaning that the goal is for your body to enter a state of “ketosis” in which it is burning fat as its primary fuel source instead of carbs (sugar). To do this, we supply you with all the tools you need to follow a low-carb, high fat and moderate protein diet, as well as supplements and superfoods to speed up the ketosis process and keep your body supported with key nutrients throughout. Ketogenic diets are becoming increasingly popular in treating a wide range of conditions, including obesity, diabetes, and several brain disorders like epilepsy.
