Step 1.
Establishing Care
If you are a new patient to the medical side of our practice, you will come in to the office to establish care. At this consultation we take a full medical history, including conditions you are currently being treated for and medications you are taking. This will help rule out any contraindications.
Step 2.
Initial Consult with Coach
After establishing your care with us (if already established, you will be able to start your process here) you can have an in-person or virtual consult with your coach. During this consultation you will talk through your goals to help determine the best program for you.
Step 3.
Informative Resources & Ancillary Testing
We provide you with the resources and recipes that will increase your nutrition knowledge. We offer several unique programs that are customized to your needs for both wellness and specifically for weight loss. We provide education and targeted solutions to address the connection between our gut health, our immune system and our risk for developing chronic diseases. We focus on natural solutions to lower inflammation and improve immune function, both for acute and chronic illness. We will utilize ancillary testing to uncover potential imbalances and deficiencies, as outlined below.
A blood test to help identify true IgE-mediated allergies, IgG-mediated food sensitivities, as well as intestinal permeability (also known as “leaky gut”). This antibody food sensitivity test is ideal for patients who may suffer from delayed reactions/sensitivities to specific foods. A Celiac and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity panel is an optional add-on.

Return to Food Sensitivity & Allergy Testing ^Micronutrient testing measures the function of nutritional components including vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and amino acids within our white blood cells. Scientific evidence shows us that analyzing the white blood cells gives us the most accurate analysis of a body’s deficiencies. Vitamin, mineral and antioxidant deficiencies have been shown to affect the function of the immune system which can contribute to degenerative processes and chronic disease.

Symptoms of SIBO are non-specific, but include bloating, belching, gas and abdominal distension. Often SIBO is misdiagnosed as simply IBS. The most accurate way to diagnose SIBO is a Lactulose Breath Test to detect the presence of hydrogen and/or methane gas, which are secreted from the abundant bacteria in the small intestine. Once the diagnosis is solidified, we designed a comprehensive treatment protocol to address the root cause of your symptoms.
