We perform 3 different types of labiaplasty surgery to reduce the size and amend the shape of the inner vaginal lips. Depending on the look and feel you’re going for, we can take a little (RIM labiaplasty), a moderate amount (hybrid labiaplasty), or a lot (Barbie labiaplasty). Combining the hybrid and Barbie procedures with other cosmetic gynecology procedures is common.
All 3 procedures are performed in our office with local anesthesia and oral sedation (IV sedation is available by request) and typically take 1 hour to complete.
2. Labiaplasty Majora
Our labiaplasty majora procedure addresses the size and shape of the outer vaginal lips. This procedure is similar to labiaplasty minora in scope and duration. You can combine this procedure with a labiaplasty minora, clitoral hood reduction, or other vaginal rejuvenation procedures.
3. Non-Surgical Labiaplasty
If you have mild to moderate labia majora and minora skin laxity, you could choose non-surgical labiaplasty with AVIVA FemTite. During this 1-hour treatment, Dr. Brenner will use the AVIVA device to deliver radiofrequency (RF) to the treatment site. Then, we finish by using Morpheus8. These devices trigger the body to create elastin and collagen, lifting and tightening the treatment areas.
